It's true, we're months from that foulest of Mid-Atlantic seasons - the season that is indeed "air conditioned by Satan" - but then again, we could just as well be smack in the middle? Depends on how you want to look at it.
Anyway, this one's from the taco truck parked behind the Union Pool in Brooklyn. Who, bless them, are open even while the rest of the city is grumbling about the brrr-cold weather.
