Dear, blogging friends — I'm sorry. It's not that I have been living such a full and eventful life that I've forgot about you. With the holidays and all, perhaps, I have been a bit preoccupied. I'll admit it and for that I'm sorry. Until I've got a post for you, I hope you'll accept a few photos taken with my phone.

These first two were taken at the Christkindl Market. That's right, folks, a little piece of Germany, right here in Chicago. It's quite nice, really — even if you can't feel your fingers and the Gluehwein costs a small fortune.

Now this one's just mysterious. I was at work the other day and realized that the Sears Tower was looking wholey ominous.
